Filing a listing on an ITSO board means working through Matrix's input form: several hundred fields, dropdowns that commit board codes rather than the labels you read, and photos and open houses on separate screens of their own. Listing Launchpad takes a different run at it. You enter the listing once, a Chrome extension fills the Matrix form from that data, and you get a report of what it filled and what still needs you.
Install the Chrome extension and fill your next Matrix listing from data you typed once.The path to a blank form is longer than it sounds. From the ADD/EDIT menu you open the Listings Manager, click Add, and pick the right form class — Residential Sale Add/Edit, Residential Lease Add/Edit, and so on. Pick the wrong one and you re-key the whole listing. Then you skip past the fill-from step and confirm you want a blank input form.
The form itself is one long page with a section rail: General, Property, Brokerage, Remarks, Exterior, Interior, Rooms and Inclusions, Auxiliary Buildings, and more, each showing a red count of its required fields. A blank Residential Sale form opens with 68 required fields already flagged, out of several hundred inputs. Dropdowns store the board's internal codes, not the words on screen, and rooms and auxiliary buildings are repeating rows you add one at a time.
Photos live on a separate tab, and open houses are not on the input form at all — they get their own subform once the listing exists. Nearly everything the form asks for is information you have already written down somewhere else.
The alternative is to keep the listing in one place and let the form be filled from it. You enter the property once in your listing workspace: address, rooms, taxes, inclusions, the condo block when there is one. Then you open Matrix and start a fill from the Chrome extension.
The extension walks itself to a blank form — it opens Add, picks the form class that matches your listing, and clicks past the fill-from step — then works through the sections committing real values: the code Matrix stores behind each dropdown, the Yes/No toggles, the room rows, the auxiliary-building rows. You can watch the required-field counters drop as fields commit.
When a field has no safe match to a board option, it stays blank rather than getting a guess. The fill ends with a report: what was filled, what was skipped, and what still needs a human decision. Nothing is submitted for you — you review, finish the leftovers, and press Submit yourself.
Once a listing is live, the extension can pull it back from Matrix and compare it against your data. Formatting differences — commas in a price, casing in a street name — are not treated as changes. Genuine board-side edits are, so what you see is actual drift, not noise.
One honest caveat on scope: this works on supported Matrix boards, which today means the ITSO form that Cornerstone agents file on.
