Delete Your Account

If you can sign in

Closing your account takes a few seconds and you don’t need to contact us:

Sign in to Listing Launchpad.
Open Settings › Profile.
Under Close my account, type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete account.

What happens next

Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days. During that window you can cancel at any time by signing back in — nothing is removed until the window closes. After it closes we permanently delete your account and its data.

What is deleted

Your profile and account login, your listings and their form data, uploaded photos and videos, generated marketing copy, checklists, documents, and your client, lead and contact records.

Two things are kept even after deletion, because Canadian law requires it: billing and tax records, and any client identification your workspace collected for anti-money-laundering purposes (e.g. FINTRAC client identification). We keep these for the minimum period the law requires and use them for nothing else. Data may also persist briefly in encrypted backups before aging out.

Want a copy first? Use Settings › Profile › Export my data before you close the account — it downloads everything as a single JSON file.

If you can’t sign in

Send us the request below and we’ll verify you own the account and delete it for you. Use the email address the account was registered with — it’s how we confirm the account is yours. You can also email us directly at info@listinglaunchpad.ai.
